9/26 @ 9:00pm Customer service was great. We’re from out of town otherwise i’d come here again for the service alone. I didn’t get the girl’s name but she was absolutely professional and courteous. Alyssa was great too, very nice.

The team at Bryans Road should be commended. The line at this location is insane in the evenings especially on $10 Tuesdays. Sometimes the line is so long and all I can see are buckets and buckets of chicken, leaving the store, continuously. Every time I come, the chicken is cooked fresh and piping hot. The staff is friendly and the working manager is always present sharing the workload. I have had a lot of experience managing people and I know that the product that you produce is a direct reflection of the values that the manager holds their staff to. It's not really about chicken.It's about people doing things the right way.There's so little of that going on these days.It's refreshing to see that some people still care about doing things right.

This was my first time back to a KFC in well over 20 years. The service was prompt and my cashier was polite (+). There were a lot of employees on hand, one of which was actively cleaning (++). I ordered the Famous Bowl. It was a bit skimpy on the chicken, but otherwise I enjoyed it. My one real critique is the need for some deep cleaning in the lobby. It was evident that the floor had a layer of oil on it that made it quite slippery. I adopted the senior shuffle so my feet would stay beneath me. As I was leaving, I noticed the doors, especially at the bottom, need to be cleaned. A good scrubbing would take care of both the floors and doors. I didn't look around for other areas needing attention, but overall the lobby wasn't to bad.

The manager Jerry Simmons was very sweet and nice . Didn't have to wait . got my food right away. He works hard and a lot. I see him a lot when I get food from there.i wish to see him get praised for being a great manager

This is one of the best KFC locations I’ve been to and their franchise owner should be proud. It was clean, service team was well trained and friendly and the food was hot, juicy and delicious. Kudos to the owner of this location!

My recent visit completely changed my perception of this establishment. Despite years of disappointment with KFC's service and food quality, tonight's experience turned me into a satisfied customer. Mr. Nate exemplified professionalism when addressing a mistake, promptly correcting it and ensuring our satisfaction. His exceptional customer service has won my loyalty. I believe other local restaurants could learn from his example. Thank you, Nate, for your outstanding service. We truly appreciate you.

Our food is usually good. We know not to come after a certain time but was wishing for the best. We weren't extremely disappointed that they had no extra crispy dark. We were more disappointed that the chicken raggedy.

Food is good but service is not. I asked not to give me a bag. Cashier charges anyway. The bags are plastic. They are not supposed to be using them at all.
